These terms cover your use of PitchMagic, run by Ivan Landabaso in Madrid, Spain. By using it you agree to them.
What PitchMagic is
PitchMagic reviews pitch decks with AI, guided by how investors assess early-stage companies. The feedback is an opinion to help you improve your deck. It isn't investment, legal or financial advice, and it can be wrong. No review guarantees a meeting or funding.
Your deck
Your deck stays yours. You let us process it only to write and show your review. Only upload decks you have the right to share with us. See the privacy page for how we handle them.
Credits and payment
- Your first deck gets a free preview. One credit unlocks one full review.
- Credits don't expire and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email startupriders@gmail.com. A credit spent on a review has been used, so it isn't refundable, but if a review fails on our side we give the credit back.
- Perk codes can be used once per account.
- Prices include any taxes shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no automated uploads, reselling reviews, or trying to extract the instructions behind the reviews. There's a daily limit on reviews per account. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
We work to keep PitchMagic running and accurate, but it's provided as is. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will note the date above. Spanish law applies. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
