Your deck is confidential. We use it to write your review and for nothing else. This page says what we keep, why, and how to delete it.
Who we are
PitchMagic is run by Ivan Landabaso in Madrid, Spain, who is responsible for your data. Contact: startupriders@gmail.com.
What we keep
- Your account: email address, and your name and photo if you sign in with Google.
- Your decks: the slide images and text from the file you upload, so you can reopen a review later.
- Your reviews: the feedback, scores and whether you found it useful.
- Your credits and purchases. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
What we do with it
- Write your review and show it back to you.
- Keep your credits and review history.
- Answer you when you write to us, including bug reports and survey answers you send.
- Read the ratings and comments you leave on a review, to make the reviews better. If you tick that we can look at your deck, we may use that deck and its review to test changes to the reviewer. It stays private either way.
We never sell your data, never show your deck to anyone, never use it to train AI models, and never use it as an example without asking you first. There are no ads and no tracking cookies. Your browser keeps what signs you in and, while you pay, a copy of the deck you're about to review so it isn't lost during checkout. Stripe sets its own cookies on the payment form to prevent fraud.
Who helps us run it
- Anthropic reads your slides to write the review, through its Claude API. Anthropic doesn't train its models on this data.
- Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase) stores your account, decks and reviews.
- Cloudflare hosts the site.
- Stripe handles payments.
- Google handles sign-in if you choose it.
Some of these companies are outside the EU. They process data only on our instructions, under the safeguards the GDPR requires.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. In Settings you can delete all your decks and reviews, or your whole account, at any time. Deletion is immediate. We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to startupriders@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
