Write to startupriders@gmail.com for anything: a review that failed or looks wrong, credits, refunds, your account or the PitchMagic plugin in ChatGPT. A person reads every email, usually within a day.
Common questions
- A review stopped or failed. Your free preview or credit comes back on its own within a minute, and your decks page lets you run it again.
- Refunds. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See the terms.
- Your deck and your data. Decks are private to your account. See the privacy page, and delete a deck any time from its menu.
- The ChatGPT plugin. It coaches you on your deck inside ChatGPT, shows examples from decks that raised, and links to the full review here. It never sees your PitchMagic account.
